The short version
We collect what you type into our forms, because you are writing to us on purpose. Beyond that we count visits so we know which games people open. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no advertising on this site.
What you send us
The three forms on /pitch — pitching a game, asking for keys, requesting press materials — carry whatever you put in them: your name, your email, your studio or outlet, links to your work, and your message. That goes to the publishing team's inbox and stays there.
We keep submissions for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards so we can remember we have spoken before. Write to primewebpublish@gmail.com and we will delete yours — no form, no reason needed.
Counting visits
No analytics is currently connected to this site, so nothing counts your visit and no cookie is written for it. If that changes, this page and a consent banner will say so before anything loads.
What the site stores in your browser
Your answer to the cookie question, so we stop asking. That is a local setting in your own browser, not a cookie sent to us.
Things loaded from elsewhere
Game trailers are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode: nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. Typefaces come from Google Fonts. Both see your IP address when they serve you their content, as any server does.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. One email to primewebpublish@gmail.com is enough, and we will answer within a month.
Changes
If we start collecting something new, the date at the top of this page changes and — where consent is needed — you will be asked again rather than opted in quietly.
